Lamine Yamal presented this Saturday, before the start of the match between FC Barcelona and Osasuna at the Spotify Camp Nou, the award that accredits him as the best player of the month of November in LaLiga. The young blue and red winger wanted to share this new recognition with the Culer fans, who greeted him with a loud ovation.
A special moment in the prelude to the domestic competition duel, in which Barça’s number 10 displayed the prize achieved after a brilliant month in LaLiga, establishing himself as one of the great figures of the championship.
A month to remember
The Rocafonda footballer was named MVP of the month of November thanks to decisive performances, scoring three goals and providing three assists. His impact was evident from the first match of the month, against Elche, when he opened the scoring in the 9th minute. From there, his offensive contribution was constant.
He also found the net against Celta and Alavés, in a match in which he also scored his first goal at the Spotify Camp Nou. In terms of assists, he provided two against Athletic Club and one more against Alavés, being key in the recovery of FC Barcelona’s lead in the standings.
The La Marató logo on the shirt
FC Barcelona displayed the La Marató de TV3 logo on the chest of the shirt in the match against Osasuna at the Spotify Camp Nou. With this gesture, the Club supports once again one of the great solidarity events in our country.
This year’s edition of La Marató, which takes place on Sunday, December 14, is dedicated to the fight against cancer. An action through which Barça contributes to raising awareness of the cause and reinforces its social commitment.
In memory of Gabriel Masfurroll
Before the start of this Barça – Osasuna match, the Sportify Camp Nou observed a respectful silence in memory of Gabriel Masfurroll, who was vice president of FC Barcelona between 2000 and 2003. He was also vice president of the Foundation between 2010 and 2015.
