Former mayor of Barcelona Ada Colau and ERC councilor in the Barcelona City Council Jordi Coronas are expected to arrive at Barcelona Airport on Sunday night around 10:50 pm from Madrid.
They will do so after a Tel Aviv-Madrid flight, which is expected to land at Barajas around 8:20 pm, as reported by the two parties in separate statements.
Delegations from the Comuns and ERC are expected to greet them at the arrivals area of Terminal 1.
On the part of the Republicans, it is expected that the party’s president, Oriol Junqueras, and the general secretary, Elisenda Alamany, will receive them.
In addition, ERC has reported that the deputy general secretary for communication, Isaac Albert, and the secretary for international relations, Adrià Guevara, will accompany Coronas’ partner to receive him in Madrid and travel with him to Barcelona.
