The offer of professional training groups and groups for the next academic year 2025-2026 has been presented, incorporating 7,583 new positions to meet the growing interest of people in studying these courses.
Since 2019, the demand for face-to-face professional training has increased by 34% in public centers.
News in the process before registration for professional training
The main news is:
- All formalities before registration and registration will end on July 31.
- An online assignment confirmation and registration system is being implemented to provide more flexibility.
What must mandatory students do?
- It is mandatory to confirm the assignment and registration online or voluntarily renounce it.
- If confirmed, a receipt is generated. With this receipt, the applicant commits to completing the procedure with the study center.
Vacant release
This new procedure aims to promote an orderly release of positions to make them available to other students who have not obtained them.
Seat release occurs when students who are pre-registered fail to register. Over 15,000 people did this last summer.
Therefore, those who have not confirmed their registration or have renounced it online will be excluded from the process, and the center can also allocate positions to those who have not completed the procedure.
Detailed operation of the batch
In the previous registration, the student chooses ten training options ordered by preference. With this data and the qualifications and studies from which the algorithm assigns the available positions.
To adjust the supply and demand of positions, the registration system is carried out in three batches, so that positions published in the first or second round can be made available to interested students in the third.
- In the first batch: Only tasks can be registered in the first preference.
- In the second round: Tasks can be registered in any preference. This batch also allows students to improve the task. In these cases, the interested person also confirms the assigned position but states that they choose to improve the task in the third round, committing to accept the position offered. In any case, the assignment of the second round is guaranteed.
- The third batch: Functions as the second: tasks can be registered in any preference. In the case of applicants who came from the second round and wanted to improve their task, they will be automatically generated by conditional registration, without having to confirm the position, because they had already committed to accepting what was assigned to them. However, students who receive a task for the first time in this third round will have to accept or decline it.
Proactive algorithm to avoid errors
Another novelty is that the algorithm will check the students’ qualifications in different databases, thus avoiding possible errors in the form before registration.
Until now, if students made mistakes, the education arrived, the system could not retrieve their average grade, and this could lead to their exclusion.
