L’ANC recorrerà a l’arxiu suprem del cas contra 46 agents de policia per l’1-O

The Catalan National Assembly (ANC) has announced its intention to appeal before the Supreme Court (TS) against the dismissal of the case against 46 «rioters» who acted in the 1-O operation and their inclusion in the right to amnesty.

In a statement, the entity expressed disagreement «with this decision, after on Friday, the Provincial Court of Barcelona upheld the order of the Instruction Court number 7 of Barcelona to dismiss the case.

«The resolution makes an interpretation contrary to Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights for the prohibition of degrading or inhuman treatment,» said the ANC.
