The Catalan Consellera of Territory of the Generalitat, Sílvia Paneque, has announced that the Rodalies service in Catalonia will remain suspended this Sunday and has deemed the decision to suspend it until safety is guaranteed as «appropriate.»
She made this statement to journalists on Saturday at the headquarters of the Department after leading a meeting with the Conseller of the Presidency, Albert Dalmau, and the Secretary of State for Transport, José Antonio Santano, among others.
Paneque has expressed gratitude for the civility of the citizens and noted that the parties in the Parliament have been serious and rigorous, refraining from taking advantage of the situation.
