Un projecte europeu destinarà 244.000 euros a 8 empreses catalanes per promoure estils de vida saludables.

The European project ‘I3-Inshape: Innovation Network for Sportive and Healthy Active People in Europe’ aimed at innovation in products and services to contribute to an active and healthy lifestyle will allocate 244,000 euros to 8 Catalan companies, a third of its budget.

The companies will participate in 6 out of the 9 initiatives that this project, subsidized with 732,000 euros from the Interregional Innovation Investment Instrument (I3) of the European Commission, will finance, as reported by the Conselleria de Empresa de la Generalitat in a statement this Sunday.

I3-Inshape is structured through a consortium formed by 32 companies and entities from Spain, the Netherlands, Finland, Belgium, and Hungary.

Among the companies and entities is Acció, the agency for business competitiveness of the Generalitat, which has participated in the drafting and documentation of the call and in the evaluation of the proposals, and also the Catalan sports cluster, Indescat.
