Los Mossos d’Esquadra no han hallado «ninguna llamada» telefónica que vincule al expresidente de la Generalitat, Carles Puigdemont, con los 3 mossos investigados por su presunta participación en la huida del actual líder de Junts tras su visita a Barcelona el 8 de agosto de 2024.
Así lo han hecho constar en un informe de extracción de datos elaborado por la Unidad de Medios Técnicos Operativos, adscrita a la Comisaría General de Investigación Interna y Asuntos Disciplinarios, al que ha tenido acceso Europa Press y que ha avanzado ‘La Razón’.
La instructora, que inicialmente rechazó la petición de HazteOír, acordó en diciembre de 2025, en virtud de un auto dictado por la Audiencia de Barcelona, la identificación de llamadas y mensajes vía SMS, WhatsApp o Telegram entre los investigados y algún número vinculado a Puigdemont en el periodo comprendido entre el 8 de julio y el 9 de agosto de 2024.
Para ello, pidió a los Mossos que procediesen a la «recogida y/o intervención forzosa, volcado, análisis y estudio de los móviles propiedad de los investigados» and that they analyze the communication flows, via call or message, between them and Puigdemont.
In their report, delivered to the Investigating Court on March 12, the Mossos indicate that all the investigated individuals, voluntarily, provided the unlock password for their devices — four mobile phones in total — and handed over their SIM cards.
It was the Unit of Knowledge, Analysis, and Internal Intelligence, integrated in the General Commissariat of Internal Investigation and Disciplinary Affairs, that was responsible for analyzing the existing communications.

From this analysis, it is evident that «the only communication of interest» is a phone call between two of the investigated Mossos on July 29, 2024 at 2:06 PM, lasting 55 seconds, but none with the former President of the Generalitat.
In a second report prepared by the Area of Knowledge and Analysis, which refers to phone billing, it is noted that, from the data provided by the companies, there is «no coincidence» between the lines associated with the investigated individuals and those linked by the police to the former President of the Generalitat.
